Retail Media Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Media Operations Lead to join our innovative team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of retail media.

With over 4,000 team members supporting global strategy and operations in Bengaluru, we are redefining retail in an inclusive learning environment that values people and delivers world-class outcomes.

As a Retail Media Operations Lead, you will lead the development of strategic retail media recommendations, manage investment and activation across different digital tactics, and drive results through rigorous optimizations. Your expertise will be instrumental in unlocking omni-channel conversion and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in retail/ecommerce media and applicability within the evolving retail media ecosystem.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand brand and retailer growth objectives and translate these priorities into actionable retail media campaigns.
  • Plan and activate retail media programs utilizing a mix of appropriate tactics that unlock omni-channel conversion and growth.
  • Full-funnel media planning and optimization mindset and expertise to drive performance for brands/advertisers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of core digital media experience leading strategic planning and activation with a strong focus on Commerce/Retail Media.
  • Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail, resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Collaborative strengths to develop relationships cross-functionally and with external agency and platform partners.
