Job Summary:

We are seeking a Strategic Financial Planning Professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.

Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will enable you to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and insightful financial reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: MBA (Finance) or CA/ CFA certification
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in financial analysis or planning & budgeting in a Bank/Financial Institution/ advisory firm
  • Skills: Strong accounting & tax background, Fair Understanding of Taxation laws (Income Tax & GST), Expert in handling voluminous data & hands on experience with MS Office
