Financial Planning and Analysis Role

We enable organizations to drive progress through strategic financial planning. Our team delivers actionable insights, empowering businesses to make informed decisions.

This position reports to the Senior Financial Planning Manager and is part of the Financial Operations Business Unit. You will work as a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst with a hybrid work model based in Bengaluru, India or Krakow, Poland.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business performance against budget, forecast, and benchmark key performance indicators with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage closing activities and MIS reports for respective departments and collaborate with financial professionals to understand drivers of financial performance.
  • Prepare and analyze product or customer profitability and ad-hoc reports based on divisional requests.
  • Develop organizational financial reporting, business planning, and forecasting, supporting forex valuations, hedging, audits, and group projects.
  • Participate in business process reviews and assist in target setting, strategic planning, and analyzing performance of portfolios across various segments.
  • Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for future tax, internal, or external audits and reviews.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance and/or accounting (CMA/CA/MBA Finance preferred).
  • Up to 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (SAP FICO modules preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams across different countries.
