Job Title: Financial Planning Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving Financial Planning & Analysis through our continued high-paced growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for several key planning & analysis processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to support month-end close process as per a strict timeline, projects, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance / Business stakeholders to develop long-range plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts
  • Prepare the monthly / quarterly forecast file and explain the variances (Forecast / Budget vs Actuals)
  • Understand the key business drivers
  • Headcount Planning & tracking
  • Financial Modelling
  • Management Reporting & KPI's
  • Gather and analyze data to solve problems and evaluate scenarios and support decision making
  • Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to complex data analysis
  • Provide insight on the goals, forecasts, and financial performance of individual business areas
  • Interpret financial and operational performance to identify business risks and opportunities
  • Improve financial status by analyzing results, trends, and variances & recommend actions
  • Manage and drive the Month Close Process

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accurate accruals computation
  • Analyze the Journals posted and reduce the number of Non Standard Journals
  • Automate where possible, the calculation and posting of Accruals
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines & company policies
  • Communicate effectively with team and business partners to build relationships and present actionable and insightful recommendations.
