Job Title: Financial Planning Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Planning Analyst. As a key member of the business unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly financial reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide insightful commentary on deviations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and drive financial discipline across functions.
  • Prepare timely and accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards for business stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Participate in cost optimization, margin analysis, and spend control activities to drive efficiency and improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies to maintain a high level of governance and integrity.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and financial feasibility studies for new initiatives to support strategic growth and expansion.
