Job Description

Diversified seeks a highly motivated Finance Analyst to drive financial analytics and reporting for assigned business areas.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement strategic financial initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed variance analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of standardized monthly financial reporting packages.
  • Maintain all SG&A Cost Center Reporting for assigned business partners.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent Excel and Financial Modeling skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
