Financial analysts are business professionals responsible for financial planning and analysis.

The primary function of a financial analyst is to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to senior management.

A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Consolidate key business metrics to track and monitor performance.
  2. Develop key metrics on cost reduction and EBITDA impact to each LOB unit.
  3. Manage selected KPIs, management reporting, business presentations, and communication to senior management.
  4. Develop and maintain vendor/freelancer schedules.
  5. Be result-oriented.
  6. Manage invoicing, PO creation, and billing tracker for ongoing projects throughout APAC.
  7. Monitor and report savings and other performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-6 years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A with a strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong financial modeling skills coupled with an understanding of financial reporting systems, procedures, and controls.
  • MBA finance/semi-qualified finance professional preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, constantly changing, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience working with senior management team.
  • Skills preferred: excellent Ms-Office working knowledge, stakeholder management, business partnering, adaptability, goal-oriented, self-starter, willingness to learn, multi-tasking, ownership mindset, communication skills.
  • Technical skills: SAP, BPC, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, macros in Excel will be advantageous.
