Strategic Workforce Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Strategist with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning (WFP) and Workforce Analytics (WFA). The ideal candidate will design and implement data-driven workforce strategies, deliver advanced analytics, and support customized reporting solutions.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors WFP & WFA modules. This includes gathering business requirements and designing scalable solutions for strategic workforce planning and HR analytics.">
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop, enhance, and maintain custom BIRT reports tailored to customer-specific KPIs and metrics. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytics, and reports aligned with organizational goals, and work with SAP's MDF (Metadata Framework) and Report Center.">
  • Support & Integration: Perform system testing, user training, and post-implementation support. You will also assist with data modeling, data mapping, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.">
">Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a minimum of 2-3 years in WFP and WFA.">
  • Strong proficiency in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool) for custom report development.">
  • Solid understanding of data models, calculated columns, and metrics packs in Workforce Analytics.">
  • Experience with integrating WFA with core HR systems and external data sources.">
  • Knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Report Center.">
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.">
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.">
