Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and support client consulting projects related to data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs), gap analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Draft and review privacy policies, consent management frameworks, and data processing agreements.
  • Advise clients on data subject rights management, cross-border data transfers, and lawful processing.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments and provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Collaborate with the team on DPO-as-a-Service engagements and ongoing compliance monitoring.
  • Train client teams on privacy best practices and compliance obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, Cyber Law, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • At least 38 years of experience in data privacy, compliance consulting, or regulatory advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or other international privacy laws.
  • Experience with privacy governance frameworks and risk management.
  • Ability to draft policies, procedures, and compliance reports independently.
  • Consulting background (ISO, legal advisory, or risk management) preferred.
  • Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or ISO 27701 Lead Implementer are an advantage.
