IT Consultant - ServiceNow Expert

Seeking an experienced IT consultant with expertise in ServiceNow, specifically ITSM and ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in techno-functional skills, with extensive hands-on experience in asset management processes, configuration, deployment, and implementation within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM modules.
  • Ensure successful end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM modules, particularly HAM and SAM.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset management processes and best practices.
  • Proven track record in leading ServiceNow implementations from design to deployment.
