Strategic Finance Leader

About the Role:
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Strategic Finance Leader to oversee and drive its financial planning, analysis, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and funding requirements.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and service providers to negotiate contracts and agreements.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of post-qualification experience in finance or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of success in leading large-scale financial projects and initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and other financial software platforms.
