Job Title: Strategic Finance Transformation Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance transformation leader to spearhead our digital journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving finance process improvements, automation, and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for finance process transformation, including digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of new financial systems and processes.
  • Analyze existing financial workflows and identify opportunities for improvement through the adoption of digital technologies.
  • Maintain scalable architecture to support global finance operations.
  • Monitor and report on the success of implemented digital strategies.
  • Design digital roadmaps for finance processes, ERP implementation, and business integration/migration.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through process automation and digital integration.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency of tools and processes.
  • Establish SOPs and governance frameworks to ensure controls and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must hold a CA/MBA qualification.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance transformation, process automation, and finance operations.
  • Proven experience in ERP and financial systems implementation (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Zoho, Anaplan).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
