Senior Financial Planner Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis leader to shape our company's financial strategy and drive data-driven decision making.

The Opportunity

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to inform senior leadership decisions.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and optimize costs.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive technology adoption to improve processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • CA/MBA (Fin) degree.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.

A Typical Day

Start by reviewing key financial reports and dashboards, identifying trends and priority areas. Lead team meetings to set daily objectives, collaborate with department heads, and present insights to the executive team. Mentor your FP&A team while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
