Strategic Procurement Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Leader to drive our procurement function in alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, chemicals, consumables, and services.
- Monitor global and domestic chemical markets to anticipate pricing trends and availability.
- Identify, assess, and develop suppliers (domestic and international).
- Lead negotiations and manage long-term agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Evaluate and optimize procurement budgets to drive cost savings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing and procurement within the chemical or process industry.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include annual cost savings achieved, supplier performance, procurement lead time reduction, inventory turnover improvement, and compliance audit results. Our Requirements:
