Procurement Leader

As a key member of the finance organization, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise performance and transformation.

The Procurement Leader is responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal relationships.
  • Conduct negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms of service to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and develop solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience with sourcing, supplier negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software tools and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred qualifications include industry certifications and experience in global procurement and supplier enablement.
