Procurement Specialist

About the Role

The Procurement Specialist will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives with a focus on value optimization, efficient execution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and controls.
  • Manage contract remediation, including data governance, supplier engagement, and country-specific terms.
  • Negotiate and oversee third-party agreements and support stakeholders with vendor risks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and category optimization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to strengthen procurement capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in technology procurement.
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Proven experience in contract review and redlining.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Leadership qualities to drive operational effectiveness.
