Procurement Management Specialist

The Procurement Management Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement service delivery, primarily vendor management and vendor selection.
This role involves influencing contract management, TPO, and vendor registration, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The Procurement Manager is accountable for achieving the management plan and key performance indicators, including budget management, short and long-term regional projects, operations, and maintenance.
The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement service delivery, including interface with senior managers in client business units, coordination with other key managers, and leadership to the Procurement Management team in the Client office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and implement agreed solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in procurement and procurement operations
- Thorough understanding of contracts and legal background preferred
- Good verbal and interpersonal skills
- High energy, flourishes in fast-paced environments
- Customer-centricity
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment as part of a team
