About the Role

A key member of our procurement team, this strategic leader will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring cost savings and value delivery across various categories. This full-time role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supplier relationships and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors.
  • Manage supplier performance and resolve quality, service, or delivery issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the supplier base and reduce procurement risk through data-driven insights.
  • Liaise with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
