Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Procurement Leader to join our team.

  • Procurement Leaders are responsible for achieving purchasing targets and ensuring timely delivery and quality by managing supplier performance.
  • They lead price negotiations, contract building, and contribute to make-or-buy decisions, focusing on cost optimization.
  • Monitoring project progress, solving issues, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes is also part of their role.
  • Successful candidates will leverage supplier innovation, collaborate on co-development initiatives, and ensure alignment with category strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed procurement targets within set project timelines.
  • Effectively negotiate and manage contracts, cost optimize, and improve supplier performance.
  • Timely resolve project issues and maintain compliance with procurement processes.
  • Innovate and secure value-added supplier contributions that align with strategic objectives.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement leadership, preferably in the industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
