Procurement Expert Role

This position is responsible for overseeing procurement controls and compliance, ensuring alignment with financial goals and vendor management. It involves managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and coordinating procurement transactions in SAP.

Main Responsibilities:
Developing effective controls on the procurement process
Reviewing the design and operating effectiveness of these controls
Audits: Ensuring no non-compliance issues on the procurement process
Coordinating efforts for budget approvals and allocations for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives
Generating and managing work orders in accordance with approved budgets and tracking expenditures against project forecasts

Ensuring work orders are compliant with Organization's policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Adequate documentation is required for work order approvals.Proactively managing project costs and providing timely reports on budget variances to senior leadership.Collaboration with Treasury to forecast project-related payments and contribute to cash flow planning.
Managing Project codes in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Delivering comprehensive and actionable MIS reports, including work order status, cash flow projections, PO tracking,
