Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director for our Media Ventures team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Agency/Broadcast/OTT/Digital media sales, with excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and social platforms.
  • Campaign Strategizing: Collaborate with teams to craft solutions addressing client needs, negotiate pricing, and drive increased sales.
  • Market Insights: Attend industry events, conferences, and provide market trends analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Research and build relationships with potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and schedule meetings to develop proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in Agency/Broadcast/OTT/Digital media sales.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong concept-selling abilities with market knowledge.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in Excel for proposals/costing.
