About the Role

The Solutions Strategy Director will report to the Chief Product Officer and work with key clients and stakeholders to build and maintain a solution strategy and roadmap for the financial and professional services verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of the FSPS solution strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Create/maintain strategies that support the growth for designated service line, including development of key customer personas and plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis & segmentation, including customer research, competitive intelligence, and emerging industry trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans, solution positioning, solution launches and updates, and sales enablement materials.
  • Oversee the end-to-end solution strategy process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery to our first clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define and execute the program, establish project timelines, and manage resources effectively.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to understand their requirements and effectively address their needs.
  • Act as a bridge between different departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
  • Effectively communicate the solution strategy, and progress, seeking alignment and support across the organization.
  • Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers.

Qualifications

  • Background in top strategy firm or investment bank with entrepreneurial mindset to build and deliver innovative, disruptive solutions that generate business value for these companies.
  • Strong experience of presentation and creative services within the financial and/or professional services vertical with experience leveraging them to drive innovation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
