Product Analyst Job Opportunity

As a detail-oriented Product Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and optimization of our Loan Management System. Your responsibilities will involve gathering requirements, analyzing product performance, and ensuring seamless loan lifecycle management across disbursement, servicing, repayment, and closure.

  • Gather business requirements through collaboration with product managers, business teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery.
  • Translate functional requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify system enhancements and process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Gain expertise in end-to-end loan management processes, including loan booking, repayment schedules, prepayments, foreclosures, collections, and NPA handling to provide comprehensive support.
  • Ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and adhering to industry standards.
  • Support UAT and SIT for new features and system upgrades to guarantee seamless integration and minimize disruption.
  • Validate data migration, integrations, and configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Act as a bridge between business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to foster collaboration and drive results-oriented solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field to provide a solid foundation for success.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Operations Executive, Business Analyst, or related role in lending/fintech domain to bring valuable insights and expertise.
  • Understanding of loan management systems (LMS), core banking systems, or lending products (PL, LAP, BL, MSME loans, etc.) to leverage industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to effectively analyze and present data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology to drive collaborative project planning and execution.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
