  • At least 5 years of experience in Encompass administration.
  • Deep understanding of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is advantageous.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly valued.
