**Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Lending Services division.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Loan Review and Documentation: Extract key terms from commercial loan documentation and translate them into our system of record.
  • ACBS System Input: Enter loan details, including borrower entities, guarantor entities, repayment terms, and collateral information.
  • Credit Analysis and Interpretation: Review credit approval documents and complex loan structures.
  • Client Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all servicing-related activities, including advances, payments, rate changes, and system postings.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and perform ACBS system input to ensure timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, and facility utilization changes.
  • Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with agent banks to balance and resolve issues within the portfolio.
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries regarding loan balances, rates, statements, advances, and payments.
