Job Title: Banking Domain Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a banking domain consultant. This individual will act as an advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to drive transformation, support solution design, and ensure delivery excellence in commercial banking engagements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for banking function.
  • Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., process reengineering, automation, workflow orchestration) in client banking operations.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to one or more areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role within a BPS function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in management, or related field.
