  • MGS India provides support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc.
  • The department plays a critical role in safeguarding assets, employees, clients, and reputation by ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal policies.
  • The EMEA Surveillance Department sits within the MUFG Core Compliance Division.

This position involves reviewing and closing electronic and audio communication alerts for the EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze alerts generated from automated electronic communication surveillance systems to detect potential violations of MUFG policies and applicable rules and regulations.
  2. Perform audio surveillance by listening to voice communications of recorded MUFG employees to detect potential violations of MUFG policies and applicable rules and regulations.
  3. Properly document rationales with accurate, complete, and organized written commentary for audit trail.
  4. Adhere to written operating procedures for each review responsibility.
  5. Drive the enhancement and improvement of the communication surveillance program from both effectiveness and efficiency perspectives.
