Commercial Real Estate Lending Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee a group of analysts supporting commercial real estate lending operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor analysts in processing CRE loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management with high accuracy.
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with performance metrics and track, review, and report team performance for improvement.
- Enforce adherence to lending policy, standards, and criteria.
- Review and approve credit papers/documentation prior to submission to ensure quality.
- Support the use of front-end systems to monitor loan applications through approval and facilitate collaboration between teams.
- Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders in the UK market.
- Manage escalations, provide operational updates, and lead process alignment discussions for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate transparent communication between India and UK teams to drive growth.
- Oversee collaboration with KYC and Financial Crime teams for onboarding/fraud cases and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct training on CRE lending practices, compliance, and systems to improve skills.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
