About this role:
We are looking for a skilled Debt Funding professional with expertise in raising debt funds and experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks.
Key responsibilities:
- Raise debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding
- Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs
- Maintain compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations and lending frameworks
- Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players
- Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is a must
- Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines
- Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation
