Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Onboarding Manager to oversee the onboarding process for our partners, ensuring seamless integration into our systems and programs. This role requires advanced project management skills, with a focus on collaboration, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer success, account management, or project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results. They will be able to facilitate access to our Partner Portal, develop sales and marketing plans, and provide technical support to partners.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be a team player who can collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business growth and improve partner satisfaction.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across multiple departments and manage complex projects involving multiple partners.
  • Project Management: Experienced in handling projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.
