Job Title: Senior Treasury Onboarding Specialist

As a key member of our treasury team, we are seeking an experienced client onboarding specialist to handle end-to-end client onboarding processes.

  • Collect and verify client documentation for timely account setup and activation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless account maintenance and offboarding activities.
  • Manage client requests for account updates/modifications, while monitoring accounts for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support offboarding activities, including account closures and data archiving.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within specified timelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Commerce/Accountancy (essential)
  • MBA Finance (desired)
  • At least 5 years of experience in client onboarding, account maintenance, and offboarding within treasury or related domains
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on timelines
