Treasury Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding and account maintenance, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including collection and verification of documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely account setup and activation.
- Handle client requests for account maintenance (updates/modifications).
- Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Support offboarding activities including account closures and data archiving.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within SLA timelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and audit documentation as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Commerce or Accountancy.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in client onboarding and account maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
