Job Title: Client Treasury Onboarding Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Treasury Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and account maintenance to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including collection and verification of documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely account setup and activation.
- Handle client requests for account maintenance (updates/modifications).
- Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Support offboarding activities, including account closures and data archiving.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within SLA timelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and audit documentation as required.
- Graduate (Commerce/Accountancy preferred) – Essential
- MBA Finance – Desired
- Essential Skills & Aptitude:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in #clientonboarding, account maintenance and offboarding within #treasury or related domains.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and deliver on timelines.
