Client Onboarding Specialist

Job Overview:

This is a pivotal role that entails delivering exceptional client support across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and account maintenance to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, encompassing collection and verification of required documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless account setup and activation.
  • Handle client requests for account maintenance, including updates and modifications.
  • Ensure accounts adhere to both internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support offboarding activities, including account closures and data archiving.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within stipulated timeframes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare MIS reports and audit documentation as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accountancy – Essential.
  • Master's degree in Finance – Desired.
Essential Skills and Abilities
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, account maintenance, and offboarding within treasury or related domains.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within timelines.
Preferred Certification: Treasury Client Lifecycle Management
