Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our treasury operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inward collections and outward remittances, accounting for import-export transactions, performing forex reconciliations, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, overseeing cash flow, fund management, and collections.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Treasury Operations: The selected individual will oversee the day-to-day activities of our treasury team, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Handling Inward Collections and Outward Remittances: The candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt and processing of payments from customers, as well as facilitating outgoing payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Accounting for Import-Export Transactions: This involves accurately recording and reconciling all import and export transactions, including duties and taxes.
  • Performing Forex Reconciliations: The candidate will reconcile all foreign exchange transactions to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Coordinating with Banks and Financial Institutions: Effective communication and coordination with banks and other financial institutions will be essential in this role.

Technical Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience with SAP is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity with Tally or other ERP platforms being an added advantage.
  • Sound understanding of FEMA guidelines and RBI regulations is necessary.
