  • Coordinate with candidates and business stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Complete all necessary joining formalities documents, including system onboarding and data analysis.
  • Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate data insights and recommendations.

  • Manage queries through CRM and update employee records accordingly.
  • Oversee all employee lifecycle changes from joining to exit, including promotions.
