About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face).
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring status reports for management.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, walk-in drives, and other hiring events.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
