Senior HR Manager Role

The Human Resources (HR) leader will serve as a strategic partner to the organization, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people practices.
Talent Acquisition Strategy- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and build effective hiring pipelines.
- Utilize job portals, referrals, and agency partnerships to attract high-quality talent.
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads.
- Design, schedule, and implement internal and external training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management in coordination with Finance.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives: rewards & recognition, team-building, town halls, etc.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Operations & L&D).
- Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labour laws, and HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Time to hire and quality of hires.
- Training completion rate and feedback scores.
