About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in HR: Possess a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 12+ Years of Experience: Have at least 12 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Employment Law Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Employment Law and its application in the workplace.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, including the ability to lead high-performing teams.
