We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This is a strategic role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, HR expertise and leadership skills.

  • You will also lead the development of modern HR practices, policies and frameworks that reflect thought leadership and premium HR standards.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth, product-focused organizations.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, talent development and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Solid knowledge of performance management, recognition systems and HR analytics.
