HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, and managing the recruitment and selection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute HR plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Bridge Management and Employee Relations: Foster open communication and address any issues or concerns between management and employees.
  • Manage Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the selection process to ensure the best fit for the company.
  • Support Business Needs: Provide guidance and support to help the business grow and thrive through effective human capital management.
  • Develop and Monitor HR Systems: Design and implement efficient HR systems and procedures to drive high performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Nurture a Positive Working Environment: Promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and empathy to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee Performance Appraisals: Develop and implement a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and achieves business objectives.
  • Maintain Pay Plans and Benefits: Ensure fair and competitive pay plans and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Assess Training Needs: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Report to Management: Provide regular updates and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a senior management position.
  • People Oriented: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results Driven: A proven track record of achieving results and driving business growth through effective HR practices.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
