Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and supporting the overall employee life cycle. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative efficiency with employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Assist in handling employee relations and disciplinary matters in coordination with HR Manager.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
- Ensure timely processing of attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Draft HR letters such as confirmations, transfers, and experience letters.
4. Performance & Compliance
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Support audits and documentation for statutory compliance.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or executive-level HR role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
