Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ASM/RSM & Senior Sales Officers cum ASM to join our team and drive the growth of our Western India Gujarat. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for Western India Gujarat - markets. - Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Southern India markets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies. - Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets for his territories. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4/5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in Nutraceuticals is a Must. - Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in international markets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Candidates from Nutraceutical, Health Wellness & Supplements, Ayurveda & Pharma industry should only apply.
