• Lead The Staffing And Recruitment Delivery Team Overseeing End To End Mid And Senior Level Recruitment Processes Ensuring Timely And Cost Effective Solutions.

• Manage Client Delivery In IT/SAP Staffing And IT Recruitment Ensuring Seamless Execution By Establishing Strong Partnerships And Collaborative Working Relationships.

• Source Candidates Using Job Postings And Other Platforms Staying Ahead Of The Competition By Utilizing Advanced Technology And Data Analytics Tools.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ Years Of Experience In New Client Development In IT/SAP Recruitment And Contract Staffing With Expertise In Sourcing Candidates Using Job Postings And Other Platforms.

• At Least 2 Years Of Experience Leading An IT Staffing Or Contract Staffing Practice With A Proven Track Record Of Maximizing Revenue And Driving Business Growth.
