Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth
    • Develop business strategies to drive rapid user adoption and revenue growth for the B2B product.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
    • Meet assigned category goals (P&L, customers onboarded, activated).
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and clients for the B2B product.
    • Develop and maintain customer-centric principles within the organization and with clients.
    • Understand client needs and develop plans to address them efficiently.
    • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
    • Stay informed about market trends and competition.
  • Product Enablement
    • Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products and offerings.
    • Develop business models and high-end presentations to effectively pitch products to clients.
    • Work with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on NBBL products.
    • Owning and managing multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously.
    • Prepare dashboards and trackers for management review on a weekly and monthly basis.
