Job Title: Agricultural Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Agricultural Development Professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage agricultural projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. The successful candidate will have expertise in crop management, soil science, and pest control.

  • Analyze data and research trends to inform decision-making and optimize agricultural practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture or a related field, with a strong understanding of agricultural practices and principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field, with a focus on crop management, soil science, and pest control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals, fostering strong relationships and driving business results.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
