Professional Development Associate

This role provides a strong learning platform across diverse domains of Chartered Accountancy, ensuring holistic professional development under experienced mentors. As a Professional Development Associate, you will be exposed to various aspects of the profession, including Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits, GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and MIS for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in audits and comply with tax regulations.
- Support in return preparation and filing.
- Work on client financial reports and management information systems.
- Contribute to company law compliance.
- Participate in business advisory and valuation assignments.
- Prepare and maintain working papers, documentation, and audit evidence.
- Exposure to diverse industries and service lines.
- Mentorship from senior Chartered Accountants and Partners.
- Hands-on experience with client interactions and live projects.
- Training in technical standards and professional ethics.
- Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate in the first attempt (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must have successfully cleared both groups of CA Intermediate.
