Seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive our medium to large distributor and enterprise outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills, a proven track record in financial solutions, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted business loan and working capital strategies for FMCG distributors and corporates.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and industry connections.
- Create customized financial solutions tailored to client needs, including term loans, credit lines, and invoice financing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lending partners to deliver high-quality financial products.
- Prepare and present comprehensive loan proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance adherence.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage client engagement throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to contract renewals.
- At least 10 years of experience in business finance or lending, with a strong focus on distributor and stockist relationships.
- A well-established network within the FMCG distribution ecosystem.
- Proven success in supply chain finance, business loans, or working capital funding.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated individual who excels in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of business financing structures and SCF principles.
