About the Position

We're seeking a results-driven trade professional to develop and scale our modern trade presence for healthy products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an offline growth strategy to drive visibility and placement for our products in the market.
  • Build strategic relationships with retailers, supermarkets, and distributors to secure listings and drive sales revenue.
  • Identify and onboard distribution partners to expand our reach across key geographies and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead negotiations on margins, placements, and promotions to maximize ROI and optimize profitability.
  • Develop trade marketing plans to drive consumer off-take at the shelf and increase sales.
  • Hire and manage field sales teams, distributors, and promoters to ensure strong in-market execution and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain and operations to ensure timely fulfillment and prevent stockouts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Results-driven trade professional with experience in building and scaling trade presence.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful offline growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Collaborative team player with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
