Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with distributors and independent financial advisors (IFA) in the region, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee sales targets, sales patterns, and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and competitors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand our network of IFAs and distributors.
  • Select and motivate high-performing IFAs and distributors to achieve business objectives.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a keen analytical mindset.
  • Display a pleasing and professional personality that fosters strong relationships.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

Role-Specific Competencies:

  • Possess sound interpersonal skills and a strong network within the industry.
  • Excel in relationship management, negotiation, and people management.
  • Have extensive knowledge of the market and be well-networked within the industry.

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Experience:

  • Hold an MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the mutual fund industry.
  • Obtain AMFI certification prior to joining the organization.
  • Candidates with experience in asset management companies will be considered for this role.
  • Previous exposure to the mutual fund industry will be an added advantage.
  • Be willing to expand job responsibilities horizontally.
